Cancellation Terms for One-Day/Multi-Day Trips

Cancellation 45 days before departure: Full refund.
Cancellation 44-30 days before departure: 35% cancellation fee of the total amount.
Cancellation 29-14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee of the total amount.
Cancellation 13 days before departure (or no-show): 100% cancellation fee of the total amount.

Cancellation Terms for Transportation Services

General Cancellation Terms
Cancellation up to 24 hours before departure: 40% refund of the amount paid.
Otherwise, cancellation a few hours before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee of the total trip cost.
